About Your Guide
Hi, I’m Victoria Priya (formerly Palmer) and I’m so glad you’re here!
For more than three decades, I have worked with courageous women as they have faced, healed, and overcome relational traumas caused by less-than-nurturing experiences in childhood, or in their most intimate adult relationships. I've also faced and healed a few of my own.
I've led more than 37 family of origin trauma intensives and Reclaiming the Mother programs over the past 14 years. The information, concepts, and experiential processes included in the Reclaiming the Mother Within experience are deeply influenced by my extensive training with Pia Mellody who pioneered the family of origin trauma model used at The Meadows treatment center (Survivors I & II).
I am the founder of the Radiant Threefold Path | Return+Reclaim+Receive, author of Personal Boundaries for Dummies (Spring 2024), the #1 best-selling book Moving Beyond Betrayal, host of the Radiant Threefold Path Podcast and Beyond Bitchy: Mastering the Art of Boundaries podcast (2018-2021).

What's Included

9 Live Exploration & Discovery Sessions
Each Live Weekly Session will consist of a combination of teaching and instruction by Victoria, experiential prompts to facilitate your inner discovery and exploration, as well as laser (brief) coaching and Q&A.

Reclaiming the Mother Within Journal
The course includes weekly journals to record your work from the experiential exercises, capture your reflections, identify areas for further exploration, and jot down key takeaways.

Questions for Victoria
This is deep work, and you may have many questions about the material and the experiential exercises as we move through the 8 weeks. For any questions that come up in between our live sessions, you can submit them in the Questions for Victoria section in the member site where she will answer them personally.

Private Online Community (Not on Facebook)
The course includes a private online community exclusively for Reclaiming the Mother Within participants. In our community space you can connect with other course participants in between weekly sessions for support, inspiration, and accountability, and ask questions of Victoria and the community.

Session 1
Discovering Your Mother Constellation: The Earthly, Inner, and Archetypal Mother
In Session 1, you will discover your personal meaning of the word “mother,” so that you can more deeply connect to the power this word holds for you.
“Mother” is most often associated with the biological or adoptive mother, but there is also an archetypal (symbolic) mother, and an inner mother that nurtures, affirms, and sets limits on our own behavior, as well as on the behaviors we will (or won’t) accept from others.

Session 2
Exploring the “Good Enough” Mother
In Session 2, you will explore the concept of the “Good Enough” Mother as it applies to your real, authentic childhood experience of Mother, and your ability to nurture, affirm, and stand for yourself today as an adult woman.
You will be supported to connect with your honest truth about the less-than-nurturing mothering you received, as well as your power to reparent yourself in the present.
You will discover what "good enough" means to you and explore issues of perfectionism and acceptance so that you can begin to identify the ways in which you need nurturing and reparenting.

Session 3
Speaking Your Truth: Exploring the Mother Wound — Past & Present
In Session 3, you will explore some of the past wounding events you experienced with your mother.
You will discover how these events impacted you then and how they impact you now, so that you can experience more self-compassion and self-forgiveness.

Session 4
Processing Carried Feelings: Releasing Toxic Emotions
In Session 4 you will be introduced to the concept of carried feelings and the lasting negative impact they have on our lives when they are unseen or unprocessed.
You will identify emotions that were unintentionally passed down to you from your caregivers. You will be guided through a gentle process of releasing carried feelings so that you can feel lighter and unburdened.

Session 5
Rewriting the Mother Story: Learning to Reparent as the Good Enough Mother
In Session 5, you will take what you have learned in the first four sessions to “rewrite” the less-than-nurturing stories of how you were mothered in the past.
You will identify what your younger self needed so that you can not only repair the wounds of the past, but also discover a roadmap for reparenting yourself in the present.

Session 6
Embracing the Fierce Mother: Stand for Yourself as Your Fiercest Ally
In Session 6, you will explore the Fierce Mother archetype and recognize her in yourself.

Session 7
Reconnecting With and Reparenting the Inner Child
In Session 6 you will identify specific key incidents from your childhood that were less than nurturing—events you would have liked to experience differently.
You will then be guided through a process of reconnecting with your child self so that she can receive the parenting she deserved.

Session 8
Welcoming the Mother Within: Charting Your Reparenting Map
In Session 7, you will explore and discover what it means to connect to the Mother within so that you can easily access the part of you who has the skills and tools for inner reparenting — especially nurturing, affirming, and setting limits.

Session 9
Integrating the Mother Within: Trust & Commitment
In Session 8, you will integrate all that you have learned in the prior sessions and make specific commitments to yourself, so that you can begin building trust in your ability to prioritize self-care, nurturing, and reparenting yourself.
You will create a sustainable, actionable roadmap for supporting your ongoing self-nurturing and reparenting journey.
